SCAVOLINI DIESEL OPEN WORKSHOP KITCHEN
Diesel Open Workshop
Design by
Diesel Creative Team
Industrial design has a new balance
Born from the collaboration between the Diesel Living team and Scavolini, Diesel Open Workshop represents a new chapter after the surprising Diesel Social Kitchen, "a new idea" equally successful, if not more effective in evocative terms.
Diesel Open Workshop: the kitchen environment reinvented in an industrial key. Like a laboratory, the kitchen is divided into different functional areas with different languages and materials.

Inspiration becomes the true protagonist; not only in the elements that characterize the design, but in the very essence of the project: the rigorous alternation of full and empty spaces, the attention to detail, the search for materials make the design "simple", an absolutely surprising vision.
The modular structures of the steel pipes uniquely design this kitchen, a stylistic approach capable of blending and enhancing form, functionality, vintage spirit with a contemporary aesthetic. A strong attention to detail, which constitutes the true personality of this kitchen, the profiles of the handles integrated into the door, the frame of the doors themselves and the shelves, the feet and the corner elements, designed to give the system a unique appearance.
Glass and aluminum: technique and style take shape. This composition represents the meeting point between the flavor of "past" objects and a new interpretative sensitivity: a new way of telling shapes and things.
Horizontal and vertical modularity. The modularity of the Stock Rack System is the "stage trick" of the Diesel Open Workshop program. Such a simple element but at the same time strongly capable of generating style and imposing a compositional capacity without limits.
The large island appears suspended from the ground and the large supports, in steel with a Soft Steel finish, frame the structures and doors with Ribbed Glass. Washing areas and hob have been designed flush with the top in Matt finish Motley Quarz.
The Mineral Green version of this composition is an example of how the chromatic garment can reveal, on the same project, different style universes. Matt lacquered door and Ribbed Glass for a minimal contemporary taste ... perfect for contemporary environments.
Dark tones, warm shades dominate the entire composition. The washing area reveals the top selected for this composition: Corian® Gravel, combined with elements painted in a Bronze finish. The display cabinet, presented in the same materials as the composition, is enhanced by the internal vertical Velo LED light, which creates a decidedly elegant visual effect.
Sobriety, without renouncing to the Diesel style: top in Satin finish Lapitec® Moka and the Smoky Glass version with black mesh, combined with the doors of the bases and low columns, characterize this Soft Beige decorative kitchen.
A "disaggregated" composition in which each individual work area manages to be the protagonist and make the entire proposal innovative. In the washing area, the large console with Corian® Platinum top and the undertop basin are characterized by elements in Soft Steel finish. Same mood, and same materials, for the cooking area.
